| Terms and conditions for
Development of New fragrances |
| 1. |
Supply
will be made to party only after advance payment by Demand Draft or cash in
favour of Principal Director FFDC, Kannauj. |
| 2. |
Supply Order will be accepted on written request of the party with clear
address, telephone. |
| 3. |
VAT is
applicable and in case of interstate customers, tax is 4% against “Form C”.
Party should furnish TIN No /as applicable while placing order. |
| 4. |
Prices
are net and FOR at FFDC, Kannauj. All the Price Mentioned are for minimum 1
kg. packing unless otherwise specified. Rs. 50/- will be charged extra for
supply of item less than 1 kg. |
| 5. |
Minimum time for supply is 20-25 days/or up to availability of raw materials in
store. |
| 6. |
Freight
and packaging charge will be extra as actual and / or material could also be
sent on freight to pay basis. |
| 7. |
All the
term and condition of the contracts are subject to Kannauj, jurisdiction. |

1. The
consultancy charges are Rs. 20,000/- (plus prevailing Service Tax@ 12.24%) for
each fragrance.( Provided the cost of fragrance/flavour is upto Rs.
1000/Kg, otherwise it will be proportionately higher).
2.
FFDC, Kannauj will start
giving sample after 15 days from the date of receipt of consultancy charges.
3.
Samples (10 Gms.) will be
given free of charge to company till they accept it or 25 samples whichever is
earlier.
4.
FFDC, Kannauj will not give
this fragrance/flavour to anybody else provided your company keep on
buying minimum of 120Kg./annum or worth Rs. 50,000/annum.
5.
FFDC, Kannauj will sell the
formulation to your company on mutually agreed terms & conditions in
future only when FFDC, Kannauj fails to provide the designed fragrance/flavour
or desired by your company.
6.
Consultancy charges
Rs.22440/- (20000 +2440 Service tax @12.2%) inclusive of service tax
is required to be deposited in advance by demand draft in favour of
Principal Director, FFDC, Kannauj for each fragrance/flavour.
7.
This offer is valid only for
60 days from date of issue of this letter to your company & further to
subject to our confirmation.
