Invitation for Bids (NCB)
FFDC/KNJ/Agro-Tech/Pro/NR/NAIP/Pur/09-10

On behalf of Chairman, FFDC now invited sealed bids from
eligible bidders for supply of one “Molecular Distillation Unit
(Cap. 5-10 ltrs./hrs)” under its externally sponsored National
Agricultural Innovation Project (NAIP) through National
Competitive Bidding (NCB).
A complete set of bidding documents alongwith specification,
other terms & conditions as per NAIP norms etc. in English may
be purchased by interested eligible bidder from FFDC, Kannauj
upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000.00 (Rupees one
thousand only) in the form of a Demand Draft on State Bank of
India in favour of “Principal Director, FFDC, Kannauj. Postal
charges of Rs. 100/- (Rupees Hundred only) will be extra which
should be added to the cost of documents, if required, through
post.
Interested eligible bidders may also download bidding
documents from the official website http/www.ffdcindia.org under
announcement section and submit their bids alongwith the cost of
bid documents mentioned above failing which the bid will not be
accepted.
Bid documents will be available from this office upto
18.03.2010, 1500 hrs. Sealed bids alongwith bid security must be
submitted on or before 19.03.2010 by 1500 hrs. and will be
opened on the same day at 1600 hrs. in the Committee Room of
this Centre in the presence of the bidders’ authorized
representatives.
