This centre also conducts module based training programme to complete the certificate in Aroma Technology. The detail of two modules of the same is given below. Centre will award the certificate on completion of all the modules within two years and successfully completion of final exam.

OBJECTIVES OF THE COURSE

  • Learners who attain this qualification are competent in processing aroma bearing plant to distilled/extract to get essential oil and can get a job in essential oils industry or become an entrepreneur.
  • Qualifying learners attain skills in distillation, extraction of aroma bearing plants for essential oils. Qualified learners are capable of distillation, extraction and fractionation of essential oils.
  • Trade diploma equivalent to technical diploma to make trend in processing plants operations & their maintenance with little knowledge about the some common aroma bearing plants.
  • After completion of the diploma learner able to find employment as skilled/technical worker and after 2 to 3 years of field experience the trainee can work as process plant operator and after 5 years of experience became process plant supervisor/incharge. After diploma trainee can get post graduate diploma.
POST DIPLOMA IN AROMA PROCESS & ITS MANAGEMENT (NSQF LEVEL-6)

OBJECTIVES OF THE COURSE

  • Learners who attain this qualification are competent in managing the cultivation, and processing of aromatic crops and value addition essential oil with application of it in fragrances & flavours, so that one can get a job in essential oils industry or become an entrepreneur.
  •  Qualifying learners attain skills in cultivation & processing of distillation and extraction of aroma bearing plants for essential oils with application in fragrance and flavour.
  • Qualifying trainee will obtain "Post Diploma in Aroma Process & Its Management" After completion of course and after 3 years of field experience the trainee can work as a Senior Aroma manger and after that 5 years of experience, the person can work as a Manager Aroma Industry.

BOARDING & LODGING FACILITIES FOR FFDC, KANNAUJ PROGAMMES ONLY:
Participants would be provided lodging (Non A.C.) and boarding as specified in full time FFDC, Kannauj programmes. Separate accommodation wings is available for ladies. However, participants may also make arrangements to stay outside if they so desire. Centre will also provide packed water for all participants during training programme.
