6.	Eligibility	Certification of F&F Level- I/EPA/Comprehensive or Equivalent (RPL-F & F level-I)

Objective:- The course is designed for the participants to know about familiarization, memorization and reorganization of fragrant raw materials, method of advance compounding to fragrance & flavours and its application to different products at level-2.

Course Material:-

Processing of fragrant raw materials for different types of fragrance & flavour
Odour quality evaluation and types of panelist of fragrance & flavours
Memorization & familiarization with fragrant raw material for fragrances at level -2
Memorization & familiarization with fragrant raw material for flavours at level -2
Basics about following natural florals and their fragrance creation

Lilly of the valley e) Carnation
Practical of fragrance creation for above (a) to (e)
Basics about following natural flavours and their flavour creation
