Objective:- The course is designed for the participants to know about fragrance & flavour raw materials, method of compounding to fragrance & flavour and its application to cosmetics and food products.

Sources of natural raw material & their production economics
Practical demonstration of FDU (Field distillation unit)
Evolution of perfumery and fundamentals of fragrance and flavour creation
Nose test and tongue test
Production &processing of fragrant raw materials
Olfaction, classification and differentiation of odour and taste.
Odour quality evaluation of fragrance & flavour
Memorization of odour and taste
Basics of creation of fragrance & flavour
Practical demonstration of fragrance and flavour creation
Application of fragrance and flavour in different types of products
Industrial visit of attar manufacturing & steam distillation unit
Terminology of technical terms used in fragrance, flavour and essential oil industry
